10/15 Lesson on Gus
I had a great fun lesson on Gus tonight. He was willing and up hill and flexible and pretty compliant, for him. We worked on the consistencey of his 2nd level frame at walk, trot, canter and halt. After an incremental sort of warm up, we focused on transitions and consistency. It got beautifully dusky before we were done. It was a stunning evening. The photo was taken when he was fussing around about being done and I was waiting for him to settle before heading to the barn. That is NOT his second level frame!
